1. Description of Service
fakturica.app provides a web-based invoicing application that allows users to create, manage, and export invoices and related business documents. Features may vary depending on the selected subscription plan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using fakturica.app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You purchase subscriptions from Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms (see paddle.com/legal) apply to your purchase. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You may be charged a prorated amount reflecting the difference between plans.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation stops future billing, but access continues until the end of the paid period.
We do not manually process payments outside of Paddle.
5. Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. For subscription services, this right applies within 14 days of the initial purchase or within 14 days of the day your subscription was last renewed. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials provided through fakturica.app remain our property unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the service without permission.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supersonic Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
